SEASIDE — Oregon Business magazine named Clatsop Community Bank among the “100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon” for the sixth consecutive year.
Rankings are based on the confidential input of employees who answer survey questions about workplace satisfaction, including work environment, management and communications, decision making and trust, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation.
The “100 Best Companies” list is composed of 33 small companies (15 to 34 Oregon employees), 34 medium companies (35-99 Oregon employees), and 33 large companies (100 or more Oregon employees).
The 2015 list will be released in rank order at a special event hosted by Oregon Business on February 26 at the Oregon Convention Center.
“This is something we work toward every year,” said Joe Schulte, president and CEO, “and it’s very gratifying to have made the list every year we’ve participated in the survey.”
Established in 2008, Clatsop Community Bank is the only bank locally owned in Clatsop County, and has branches in Seaside and Astoria.
