ASTORIA — Motto Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage franchise and the second member of the RE/MAX family of brands, recently announced that banking and finance industry veteran Lance Allbritton and David Hoggard, broker/owner of RE/MAX River & Sea, have purchased and opened the first Motto Mortgage franchise in the Pacific Northwest. The new franchise, Motto Mortgage Professionals, is located at 757 W. Marine Dr. in Astoria.

“There is tremendous growth in the demand for housing in North Oregon,” Allbritton said. “As property values and rental prices continue to rise, many renters in North Oregon are transitioning into potential buyers before home prices are out of their reach. They’re looking for more lending options so that they can achieve home ownership. We want to help them succeed and opening a Motto Mortgage franchise will allow us to do that.”

With Motto Mortgage, experienced mortgage professionals can benefit from tools, resources and proximity to a local real estate brokerage, the firm said in a press release. Motto Mortgage loan originators have access to competitive loan options from various sources and are not bound to the products of one specific lender.

“Our franchise owners believe in our mission, principles and value proposition,” said Ward Morrison, Motto Franchising president. “Motto Mortgage continues to sell franchises from coast to coast and we’re thrilled that Lance and David are committed to bringing better service and more lending choices to North Oregon.”

Motto Franchising, LLC is located at 5075 S. Syracuse St. #1200, Denver, CO 80237. Each Motto Mortgage franchise is independently owned, operated and licensed.
