Durinda Haukap

ASTORIA — Columbia Memorial Hospital has announced that Durinda Haukap is the new director of the CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative.

Haukap has worked as the vice president of support services at Avamere Health Services in addition to other leadership roles at Walgreens Infusion and Respiratory Services, Apria/Coram Healthcare, Crescent Health Care and Kindred Healthcare.

She is a certified nutrition support clinician through the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Haukap is also board-certified in gerontological nutrition by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She earned her master’s degree in nutrition from Idaho State University.
