LONG BEACH — Some proprietors who opened a business in 2018 were recognized in December with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Long Beach Mayor Jerry Phillips and city Events Coordinator Ragan Myers.

The event recognized eight businesses including: Patty’s Fish Tacos & More, Taqueria El Jalapeno, The Garden Patch Soup & Salad Bar, O.P.T. Tattoo, Sacrilicious Beauty, Lori’s Doll Haus, Magnolia Boutique Spa and Fun Beach Speedway.

The city is highlighting the new businesses, locations and owners in an ongoing effort to help entrepreneurs succeed in the increasingly vibrant Pacific County resort area.
